Going through our stores of food and making sure we are rotating them. I am also re-evaluating my stores based upon some information regarding my mix of fat/protein/carbohydrates.

Got a few groceries from Aldi... Recon indicates it may be a good source for LTS foods, but selection is pretty limited to replace my "full blown" grocery shopping. Prices are reasonable enough...

    Loaded 250 FMJ 180gn .40...

    Thats about it...

Still reading 299, these situations and such are a piss poor table of events or a planner, however in reality they do provide topics for consideration that warrant a mindful examination.

Adlis is a good supplement store. Canned products and produce are at least equal to wallyworld if not better. Prices are much better.

Trader Joe's is another one. I think ownership of the two are somehow combined. TJ'S has better selection and a little higher priced. Quality is as good as most grocery type stores (kroger, ingalls, food city)

Shot about 150 rounds in the back yard range today. Trying to site in the Keltec sub 2000 a bit better at 100 yard and practiced pulling my Glock 17 to shoot, drop the mag and reload, focusing on technique and speed. Then I will reload several 100 rounds tonight. All in 9mm. Keltec and all 4 Glocks are in 9mm.

We finished up the last of the pomegranate juice for another 12 pints of jelly.

Been a long time but was able to work on the firearms simulator three times this week. They system is called Prism which works using real guns which are CO2 and laser operated. The nice thing is we have two Glocks, an M&P, Sig 226, AR and a Remington 870. The CO2 functions the slide on the weapons with the same trigger press as a live weapon. We have probably 100+ different scenarios, its a nice system.

So if it is predictable and preventable then you better prepare.

Made 16 jars of orange pequin pepper marmalade. It came out a little too hot, but the heat fades almost instantly after it hits you.

Had to look that one up. I've never had hot marmalade, sounds good. Want to trade for some pomegranate jelly?
