Doing some firearms research, thinking *thinking* of ditching all the handguns I have and getting two Sig SP2022's (one for me, one for daughter) and settle in with that.

I like having variety, but doesnt make sense to keep multiple calibers IMHO. I seriously will be sad to tears to get rid of my .357, of all calibers, that one is tried and true solid hard hitter.

Also working on clearing 100 yard firing line on my friend's property to earn unlimited access rights... Being private property, we can run & gun all we want and dont have to worry about the idiots on the firing line with zero trigger discipline.

EB, consolidating guns/mags/calibers, etc makes sense, but getting rid of a trusted friend is like throwing your best buddy in front of a bus. Unless cash flow is a major issue, I would keep whatever I could and sell off the 'meh' after an event I dare say .38/.357 would be common to scavenge, and having an 'extra' gun (or six) ain't a bad thing.

EB. . .Keep the 357, as mentioned earlier, no reason to get rid of a trusted solid shooter. Another point I would like to make, if you reload, and you get SP2022 in 9mm... you can pretty much use the same bullet right?

I just canned the apples for now. Later I can open and make pies, jelly, applesauce or what ever I take a notion I want. I really like fried pies.

McDonalds is a no no for me. So is most fast food places. I'm talking about good old home made fried pies. Done in an iron skillet. Don't tell me you have never had one. You don't know what your missing.
