How to obtain free solar panels.

For some reason out here, on the power lines going thru the countryside, each pole has a 3 panel setup attached to it, (about 4x5 foot square?)so there are ALOT of solar panels in this area that can be harvested PSHTF.

And you damn right I'd be scarffin them up. My problem is the only one's that are close to me are way down in Huntsville, that would be like going into a war zone.

watch the construction zones... at least up here, they have flashing signs telling you to slow down, merge etc. most of them are solar powered, on a trailer, and have their own batteries. one stop 'shopping'!
