not my pics, I generally don't like to get that close... they're fast and once off the tree, near invisible. On hardpack, you can sometimes see their trail, or in fresh shallow snow, but they can burrow down into 4' of snow and leave no visible tracks until the are on you, or for the bigger ones until the flip a snowmobile, or skier... and feed!!!
Give a man fire, and he'll be warm for a day!
Light a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life!

    Cat's are food... not friends!

If you're going to fight, then fight like you're the third monkey on the ramp into Noah's arc... and brother, it's starting to rain.

Their bite though not poisonous per se, causes the blood to run cold and if the victom doesn't get treated immediately, death by hypothermia is frequent...

Ha! Little do you know, they're right here in Tennessee. Only fatter, more aggressive and the have big nasty teeth. Like I said on the other post, I dispatched this sucker with a measly knife the other morning before they could get to LadyHK chickens. Bunch-a-sissys I tell ya.

that's fine when they're alone, the are usually pretty docile... if you look at the ground in my pics you'll see tracks, breathing holes and beds. This is an infestation area, of which I personally have seen hundreds in a single tree!!

When in packs, their demeanor changes.

And remember BWRR, I only posted pics of a female and a youth... your pic is of an adolescent male, and the runt of the litter... at best!

Remember... up here they overturn snowmobiles, quad-trax, and even bombardiers!!

When crossing roads, they've been known to ditch cars and even trucks. I know of one incident where a fully loaded semi hit a series of them and basically turned his truck into roadkill!

    scary stuff!

Ha! I call your bluff Yaksman! They're not even your pics, I took care of this my self. You compare these serpents to the common North American gangbanger. Total chicken shits when they are by themselves but real bad asses when they are in packs. You didn't notice that I cut it half first either did ya? You didn't even get near them did ya? Maybe I shoulda put my ugly mug in there too but due to OPSEC I have to refrain from that.
