    Indoor Herb Garden

I'm trying something different this winter and made a window mount herb garden:

I transplanted my thyme, cilantro, parsley and spearmint, and seed sowed oregano, sage, marjoram, basil and catnip. Depending on how things do I may add additional ones for next year.

Very nice! Is it set on a south facing window? What size are your boxes?

yes, south facing.... 24" wide, 6" 'wide' at the top, 4 at the bottom, and 6 inches deep. 6" between shelves.

I'm not sure how it'll grow, as I was tossed between 6 and 10 inches between, or 5 or 4 shelves...

I have a bunch of additional South facing windows, so if this works, I would like to add additional plants, including day-to-day veggies like lettuce, spinach, celery, etc!

CFL lights work as well. Trying to incorporate LED Grow lights now.

This is an anahiem pepper that I got growing as well as cilantro, basil, lavender, parsley and chives. Just planted carrots, spinach and salad.

Yours will crank nicely Sniper-T with the natural sun!
