    Yes, but can you now find me bulk rolls of kevlar lamp wicks? lol

    I had a gas stove once that ran off of a gigantic kevlar wick that I had to change out every year. (michigan so it was run almost nonstop)

    not that unusual - some of the kerosene heater circular wicks are kevlar wove - guess those suckers are REALLY $$$$$
