I have access to a place that does custom embroidery work. If one wanted to take and make a SHTF Ant patch, it's to be thought that this:





would be the base from which it would be took.

Questions:

What size?

what background shape?

if I can get some answers timely enough, I will have enough made up to be handed off to the TN Ants, and go from there

The aspect ratio is almost 3:1. I'd ask the embroidery shop how small they can reproduce print. Starting point would be a 3x1 patch as displayed and work designs from there.

I assume you are thinking a shoulder patch. 3 to 3 1/2 inches in diameter would be my starting point, could be a diamond shape, or triangle, even shaped like a badge or shield.

We've run small batches before. I'll get a pic up later. Interest never did seem to take off though

you must have done something seriously bad for a sticker to peel itself off your truck and abandon you...

Lol. Yeah... Sure did. its called totalling the vehicle the sticker was adhered to. I'm glad i didnt buy two, though, or I'd have already learned I needed 3... brought a toolbox home from work not too long ago and blew out the back window on my cap. Such is life, I suppose.
