Today is Veterans Day, what was once known as Armistice Day, to commemorate the end of WW1 "the war to end all war's". It was on this day in 1918, at the 11th hour that Germany signed the peace treaty ending WW1. Today we honor all those who served in the defense of our country and freedom around the world. To my brother's and sister's in arms, I salute you, and thank you for the sacrifices you made on my behalf, and all the free peoples around the world. Many have come before us, many serve now in our stead, and others will follow them. Long may our proud tradition of service be embodied in those who are following in our footsteps. God, honor, family and country.
