Socal, your concentration sounds a bit strong... I think you want *5 drops* per 5 gallons of water.. Last time I mixed a batch that strong, I had to use some of it to shower with and it was so harsh it made my skin itch later in the day, non stop.

If Im not mistaken I went to 5 drops for 5 gallons and have had zero problems... water is stored in cool & no direct sun (no UV).

Thanks EB, I will double check some info I got from the State of Kalifornia. I have been using a 1/4 teaspoon of chlorine per gallon of water, thus my 1 teaspoon for 5 gallons.

1/4 per gal is strong IMHO... Over strong. That sounds like a concentration for silty water...

Ill have to dig around to find my chart but yeah, if you can still taste and smell it its strong. If there is hardly a scent and you cannot taste it, its about right for long term storage.

Remember, tap water is ALREADY chlorinated... (unless of course yours is well water)

Picking up a M&P today and have another CORE on order. Loaded some 308 for hunting after finely arriving at a load for my rifle, now I just have a bunch more to put together.

DO NOT TRY TO USE THEM until you have put a primer, powder and bullet in 'em!

EB all my M&Ps are in 9 mm. I have a bunch of 1911's for the 45. The M&P I got was a 4.25 inch full size. This will make number three which also goes along with the compact. My daughter likes the full size over the compact, that is why I got this one. She has micro hands and can handle it so that i what we went with. I originally figured she would like the compact. I do have a couple of Shields but she still likes the full size M&P. The CORE will go to my son who has taken up shooting and will use it for competition. I also got in a couple of G-code holsters which will complement the others. I also ordered a Brokos belt for my daughter and I. We already have tacos to go with them so it will finish out our load out.
