Canned 8 jars of salsa, and 2 jars of pickled jalapeƱos with carrots from my garden. Got lots more jars to make more cranberry sauce. We've finished the last of the tomatoes that we ripened from the garden after the cold started.

We've been sharing salsa with the neighbors, we've instituted a free refill program if you return your jar, and ring. Since the jar costs more than the contents, it works out well for me and my tasting panelists.
