On a whim, I decided to try out the yogurt bites. If anyone hasn't tried them yet, they are flattish, dime-sized wafer-like discs made mostly of milk and sugar. I haven't tried the other flavors yet, but the caramel is overly sweet and artificial tasting. I suppose these would be considered a treat for kids in a pinch, but my daughter didn't like them at all and my niece that is addicted to sugar had a few and left the rest. They made my teeth hurt and my cheeks pucker. They also coat your teeth and tongue. All of us felt the need to brush our teeth right after eating.

At first, I thought they were not so bad considering that they have 4g of protein, 15% daily value of calcium, 20% of Vit A, and 30% of Vit C per serving, but that turns out to be a lot of bites. I really don't see anyone in my family eating that much in one day. These have been in the fridge for 2 weeks now with about 1 serving gone, and a bag of Skittles last a few minutes here.
