    New camcorder on the way!

    I just ordered my new camcorder, well... its 2 year old, out of production but new to me...

    I got a Sony that shoots full HD at 60fps progressive (wont miss the bat of a gnat's wing), has a really really wide angle lens when zoomed all the way out (more than my Canon WITH the wide angle adapter), has external mic so my Azden wireless lapel mic will work with it, and has stunning video and color...

    So now Ill be doing more product review, instruction and "adventure" videos!!

    This will replace my faithful 10 yo Canon, that has served me well, but is far too outdated!

    Check the lapel mic with the wireless gig on the Sony camera, works a treat... Now, all I need is some TIME to do some video... FFS!

    Okay, getting ready to start doing some videos, I reckon I should start with what I last promised... PL on radios, or Private Line, what it is and how to use it.... there was some interest on the topic and I "volunteered" to do an instructional.

    While I have the thread open, I am accepting request and suggestions for videos YOU might like to see, it may help to increase my view base on Youtube.

    As soon as our two point slings get here, Ill get doing an "in depth" video (no dumb ass unboxing shit) on installing the mount, attaching the sling and then going to the range to actually use it and demonstrate it. :-)

    Also have my MechanicMike's side jet alcohol jet stove... LOVE this damn thing!! Review and "in depth" program to be done...

    Charcloth, etc.. etc.. etc.. I need ideas to add to my list...

    So what say the? Whatcha wanna see?

    Stupid update to a stupid thread, by a stupid member. There, I said it before anyone else does! HA HA!

    I got a HUGE whiteboard off Craigslist for $50, a fraction of what it cost new.. Its the size you might see in a school.

    Been playing with my lavalere microphone, some settings and such, getting ready to tidy up the basement a bit and mount the whiteboard, getting geared up for TechSec videos, or Technical Section... I promised a vid on PL or Private Line settings on radios.

    Then it will be basic ballistics for handguns, later to be rifles (both with common calibers).

    Looking for any ideas for the TechSec video series, and other ideas to put together.
