I froze a bunch of breasts just as is, they'll be later thawed later just for cooking, or saved and made into sausage, I pre-seasoned some as well, in a variety of different flavours, Marinated a package of the tenders for dinner last night (yum yum); and sliced and marinated a package to make into Jerky tonight.

Jerky making: set up the dehydrator, I like to put a fruit rollup sheet down first to catch any drips, makes cleanup easier:
Then a tray:
Add the meat (in this case, goose):
Add layers as necessary:
close it up and hit 'go':
