Big roger on this one Helo and Sniper. This reminds me of drown proofing when I was in the Navy. Your hands and feet are tied and all you can do is keep bouncing and grabbing air at the deep end of the training tank waiting for the instructor to tell you to swim. The only problem is no one's telling me to start dolphin kickin for that 400 meters..........that's when you knew there was progress, the finish line, light at the end of the tunnel.
