    RELIGION IS LIKE A PENIS
    Its fine to have one,
Its fine to be proud of it,
But please dont whip it out in public and start waving it around,
And PLEASE dont try to force it down my children's throats.

fairy tales??? those are bedtime stories here.

@CS man, there are several houses for rent in my neighborhood. military folks getting transferred, etc. i don't live in the City, only time we see the Sheriff Department around here is when they are called or get a 'new one' and he is learning where the streets are, no crackheads, drug dealers, just a good place with nice enough people. we look out after each other. just a thought...

In my own personal experience, it has been that way since at least 1982. When are you talking about?

Yer correct sniper... Printed when charged. If charges are dropped the prints are supposed to go bye bye... But I'm sure we know how that goes...

    Quick update to my story....

I have been waiting on my PAL (purchase and acquisition license for firearms) since last March. I called the controller's office to find out what the hold up is. They called me back a few days later and said that everything is on hold because the Crown is deciding whether or not to lay charges against me of harassment and obstruction of justice.

The task of charging someone rests with the arresting police officers, not the crown, so I don't know what kind of game these fine folks are playing.... But I think it's just about lawyer time.

New update. The crown decided that they couldn't win if they went forward with charges against me, so everything has been dropped. It only took 9 months of wasted resources due to inept police/systems.

My PAL went through and I am now legally entitled to own, purchase and have in my possession firearms. Bring on the legal food procurement!

That's awesome CS! Great to hear, and a load off your mind I am sure.

Hopefully we'll see/hear from you more now. You've been missed.
