Did you see Trump's kid's tweet. It was a bowl of Skittles and he asked if just three would kill you would you eat any, with reference to the refugee problem. I say all the countries put together a safe zone in Syria and let them live there. If they say they can properly vet the refugees they want to bring in then they must be smoking crack. Then again they are our elected officials so they probably are......

Recent terror incidents, i.e. San Bernardino and the Chelsea bombing, seem to indicate that it we are having serious problems with native born radicals. I heard on the TV news (can we really trust it?) that the a-hole who did the Chelsea bombing had been reported BY HIS FATHER as a terrorist. Supposedly the FBI investigated and did nothing. What am I missing here?

Most people still don't know everything that was included in the "Patriot Act". The media said it mostly dealt with missiles and armament for homeland security but they failed to mention the included authority it gave the FBI and CIA to conduct wire taps, internet monitoring and a ton of other things. Most people were too concerned about the banning of AR15's because of the Sandy Hook publicity at the time and they never looked into it.
Just another example of the media diverting our attention away from real issues.
Police reports and quite a few other sources say that the shooter at Sandy Hook never even had an AR15, but a pistol and a shotgun that stayed in the trunk. If you watch the video of them searching his vehicle you can plainly see the officer find the shotgun and rack it open to ensure it was empty. The media just got reports that there was an "assault rifle" involved and they never bothered to correct it.

But no I doubt any news crew will admit it. And it's still being used as a driving force to ban them.
Honestly, if I went off my rocker and decided to kill as many people as I could, I would just drive my truck into a heavily populated building. A little steel reinforcement in strategic places and it would be a tank.
