Has anyone ever tried the Martha White Muffin mixes? They come in all kinds of different flavors. Our favorite is the Blueberry Cheesecake and Strawberry Cheesecake. Instead of making muffins, I make pancakes. I use ¾-cup milk and it makes 5 good size pancakes. They only cost .99 cents, So for $1.00 you have breakfast for two people.

This company also hosts a recipe competition using their mixes as a base for your creation. I ended up using the mixes to make different types of flavored pie crusts and as a base for cheesecake. It was great. I never had enough time to really experiment enough to submit something. Maybe next time.

Martha White is a good product that has been around here for a long time.

We love them as well. That and sweet cornbread slathered in sweet butter...yummy!

You can make cookies with them too. It's a great way when grand kids are here to bake with them.
