MOLLE STIX. I think this is a good idea for IFAK, when velcro is too loud, or not a good option. I like how the weaving is sturdy until you release it. Check it out. I hope this helps, because I am going to put my IFAK on my back (not able to fish around in it unless its unattached)

Yeah, I thought of that. However, he never opened the stix slowly, so I dont know how quiet it can be :/

I went with this product:

I figure if I need the contents, the last thing on my mind will be the noise of the velcro.

Just grab and pull and the entire kits contents are laid out for you
