First off....I ordered a IR led conversion for the surefire 6P....like this...

Then...I noticed the bulb assemblies were a bit different...

So I took some measurements and decided it would work...but would have to be reamed....to 7/8" ID.....and a bit deeper...

But now I have another IR light to add to the box of goodies....added a tail cap...
