The Barbershop is open!

My Son-in-laws Barbershop that I've been working on is now open!!! Woooo Hoooo!!!! (Time to go home to my Justa)

The four Barber stations are all set up the same and there is one tint/doo/girl station in the back that is operated by my SIL's niece.

Thank you... The space started out with just three walls and the window/door front, It didn't even have any bathroom nor the plumbing for a bathroom.

I wish that I took pic's of the four wall but I didn't but here is the 1st one that I took.

During one of many laying in bed thinking of the job nights I had a brain fart that actually worked out very well. This is my fart.



The small opening in the base board (bottom right) is a place that they can sweep the cut hair to and flip a switch(above) to suck up the swept hair.

On the other side of the wall is a Rigid 5gal shop vac that's enclosed in a 3/4" insulated cabinet (for sound deadening) and is powered by the switch.

Awwwww I'm home and thank you all for the kind words. I did fly over your house Izzy but rather than jumping I stayed aboard because I was on a mission to get home. I'm sure that you know what I mean after being away for seven weeks.(wink)

Lady, My forte is remolding and not so much new construction. I enjoy turning turds into something that's nice to look at.

Yep, Evolver's home...

Shoes in the middle of the floor, suitcases half unpacked and clothes scattered about, counter top dotted with spills and dribbles from the Pepsi cans and bottle of VO that are nearby and the toilet seat in the front bathroom that has been DOWN for almost two months has been in the up-right position for hours. ***Note to self***check toilet seat before sitting down!!!

I wouldn't have it any other way.:D
