I just submitted a new word for urban dictionary

I coined the term "nit prick" tonight, because that's how I feel about my immediate boss. :D

I can't get his help on big issues, like an ongoing pay dispute I have, but he sure can tell me when I didn't fill out a form to his liking.

The best part? The form is obsolete and no longer in use by anyone else in the department...
