Same as RJ. No and what's the use of these?

I'm curious now. Damn....this will be in the back of my mind all day now.

once lit.....cant extinguish them with out water.....basically like a match that stays lit for about a minute.

Not a terrible idea, they are more wind proof than other candles for sure.

yea, they are hard as hell to put out, but IIRC its not a straight flame it sputters and pops, Echo2 can you light one and test it for us and report back ??

They do have a bit of a sparkler effect....but stay lit.

If you blow it out.....the sparks relights it quickly.

They weigh nothing...so I'll keep 3 or 4 in the kit.

How easy are they to light?

seems strange, you need fire to light them, but that will sustain a fire for 30 seconds.

A couple might come in handy if you are outside starting a fire with damp wood in a breeze...

What is the wax like? will it melt in a kit in your pocket? or in the glovebox of a car on a hot day? If they stay lit that well... can you prolong the burn? additional dips in a wax bath to build up to a thicker diameter... would they burn longer, or would the wick simply burn a hole through the middle?

I'm undecided about these, but they raise some interesting questions.
