I don't have that exact book. But I have a couple of the small notebooks and a covered book. High quality gear IMO.

Rite in the Rain gear is topnotch, used it for years in multiple countries.

I have rite in the rain gear and like it. I was wondering if anyone actually owns a cert book. Is it worth to have in my Prepper library?

I have it, I think there is a PDF of whats is in it somewhere in the net, it coverts the basic CERT training for field operations at your fingertips, IIRC there is some stuff about hazmat, light search and rescue, first aid ??? .....there are some blank pages for writing in the rain, but for the most part its instructional, I'll look and see, or if someone can tell me how I can scan it and upload it for those who want it.

You can upload the pdfs to google docs or drop the documents in dropbox and share the link.
