Captained the boat today for the SIL and a friend to spearfish. They did an awesome job. We got one big grouper, 6 grey snapper and a slew of margates. Guess whats for dinner?

personal boat - got them again today. Nothing like fresh grouper and snapper. can't wait til lobster season, SIL says we are gonna slay them. Prep food, what can I say? Wind out of the west, seas like your bathtub.

Nice catch Pirahna. Not sure where your fishing. I love surf fishing on the Outer Banks in North Caolina. Never had a chance to go out in a boat. Gotta do that one day.

We go out of Ft. Pierce. Rough ass inlet, but ok after you get out.

Wow. That looks great. How long does it take to catch all that?

Depends. Its fishing. Today, we dropped down on a GPS number that we saved weeks ago, just to check it out. First dive about 45 minutes, guys didn't shoot much, looking for grouper. no grouper, they started shooting margates. Bull sharks ran them out of the water, due to the blood, so they took a break and we dropped in on 85. Thats when they kicked ass. Trust me, coordinate 85 is hot with margate and snapper. Problem is, we want grouper and snapper.
