Since I am a 74D (Chemical Operations Specialist) in the Army and a certified HazMat Technician, I thought I would share this information with all of you. CBRN stands for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear. I wrote an article about some things you might want to have on hand. You can find that here (http://72hrbugoutbag.com/5-resources-to-help-you-stay-alive-in-the-event-of-a-chemical-biological-radiological-or-nuclear-cbrn-incident/).

Here are the highlights:
1. Emergency Response Guide (ERG)
2. NIOSH Handbook
3. WISER app (free on android market and apple store)
4. Army FM 3-5: NBC Decontamination
5. Army FM 3-4: NBC Protection

Hope this information helps you all out.

Now it is CBRNE they originally forgot Explosives since that is what the majority of WMDs are. Everything you posted has great information. If you want the ERG you can get it on line for free, they even have a smart phone app.

LOL! When I went through it was A(tomic)BC, not NBC!

I remember enough to doubt I want to live through a direct attack of any of those things. My NBC classes where enough for me to know death may be better.

I'm with Helo on this one....not planning a whole lot after a bio attack.

I wholeheartedly concur with both these assessments.
