I have another picture, it for sure is backwards. I would bet he has never qualified with it with a working optic. His rear sight is flipped up. Suggesting he sees a problem but is too stupid to know what it is.

There are hundreds and thousands of good & hard working police officers but due to administrators, funding issues, Chiefs who are appointed/bozos, political correctness, citizens review boards, concerned Reverends or individual officer laziness the training side gets ignored. Instead of being snake-eaters our LEO's become neutered.
