Embarrassed to admit, but hey... the wall of rain came in like a freight train. Couldnt believe the power!

Enjoy, at my expense...

Damn....that's pretty impressive.

Mother nature is far stronger than we like to give her credit for.

Its been raining for WEEKS! The creeks are out of the beds every rain lately, the cove (our main water source) is full pond... I keep waiting for a redux of "The Flood of '85", which sucked (I was on the rescue squad then... ran calls for 48 hours straight, back to back...).

I live on a hill, I got no worries from flood water. My Thetford porta potti is here, I got plenty of drinking and flush water, but my chow reserves are in the infancy stage.

Ill be okay... like I said, just waiting on a FLOOD, seriously.

BTW, I did get hurt... but nothing that would leave a mark or lasted past the end of the day.

The video does the wall or rain no real justice, ya had to have been there... Weird timing too, I look out and its like I cant believe what I see, then its on me like white on a paper plate.

BTW, Panasonic HX-WA2 (http://www.ebay.com/sch/?_nkw=Panasonic%20HX-WA2&clk_rvr_id=496765319259) was the camcorder... set to 720 res and stabilization on... Its weather proof... if you couldnt already tell. :-)
