I think I owe everyone an apology.

The past month or so, I've not been around here much.
Things have come up here at the homestead that had pushed my responsibilities on the forum to the side for a bit.
Everything from house issues to medical issues for my wife and kids have prevented me from participating and showing my face both here and to my friends on the outside.

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm still alive, and still kicking. Here at the Izzy homestead, we're recovering and learning to adapt to some of the wrenches that have been thrown our way.

All that said, I should be back in the swing of things hopefully very soon.

I miss you guys.

I was hoping you would have snuck one of your chickens in his bag but he came home chicken less. Alas, ladyhk still has no chickens. But thanks for taking him to the Mennonites so I have a manual thing to do apples for sauce now with an attachment for salsa. Not sure what its called but she said I don't have to even have out the seeds so that's cool. Maybe the chicken will be the next trip, huh brother? :)

No need to apologize brother, there are much more important things then the forum. Family duties and responsibilities always come first. Having been there as most of us have, we all understand. Devote what time you need to family and their issues first, we are here if you need us.
