In a nutshell, I returned these so fast that I didn't even catch the brand name. They are not worth the $2.663333 each that I paid for them. If I didn't know there were Costco members on this site, I wouldn't bother posting this. These are absolute crap and I think Costco knows this, which is why you can't find them anywhere on their website. The best thing about these are the Duracell batteries that are included, but I think even those might be defective. They are in the October coupon book for $7.99 for a 3 pack. I thought to myself, "Self, even if these are crap, we can still use them as loaners to idiots that brought nothing when we walk through the caves on vacation." We are planning on driving to Yellowstone and we like to visit caves along the way. But NO! I cannot even loan these out. They are THAT bad. I am a delicate flower who glistens in the sun and never, ever farts. I tore these up like a gorilla on a rampage, just by popping in the batteries and turning them on.
They are made of the cheapest, most brittle plastic. Adjusting the angle of the lamp results in the loudest snapping sound you will ever hear, and some of plastic will break. Two hinges broke just by following the poor directions and putting the batteries in. Then the batteries heated up so much that I burned myself and some plastic melted within seconds. Even the second one that did not self-immolate was loud and obnoxious, and did not balance well on my head. In a word, NO!
