It looks like it, but a more centralized and focused version of it. We have something like this already in our inventory, maybe this is a updated variant of it.

Lol. That wasn't what I was expecting. I find it kinda cool and disturbing at the same time though... Much like the DIY device I expected to see... That one would (ok, could) sterilize a man upon use.

Cool as long as it's not used against you. That would suck badly.
