Just finished reading the first book in Matt Bracken's Trilogy, Enemy's Foreign and Domestic. One of the best reads I have had this year. It covers a wide range of action and is a page turner. This is my first book by Bracken, it sure won't be my last.
The story follows a line that could be taken from today's headlines when it starts, but rapidly turns to a dark plot and some seemingly realistic actions, that could well be in our future if the current trends don't turn around.
I would give it a must read, 5 out of 5. Thanks for the heads up on the down loads Stormy!

Not a problem! Glad you liked it, the best is yet to come! You will find yourself lost in these books!

Is it something that a female would be interested in? I'm not really into the "guy" type of books but I did love one second after, what do you think?

Ladyhk I think youll enjoy it. Im about 79% through according to my kindle app. Best book I've read this year.

I could have done with less love story but overall a great read.

One of the main charecters is a female. Not your typical shoot em up read. Give it a shot. You may like it pretty well.

The main female character is featured in all three of the book.

I would recommend the books to everyone, not to one gender. It is a timely and fairly accurate story of the future.

I give 'em 5 stars.

I will read them. They will most likely be purchased next week. One question just came up. Can I order the Kindle edition and use it on my iPhone5?

Glad to see ya'll are reading one of my favorite authors. Castigo Cay is excellent as is The Bracken Anthology. He's prophetic in his literary prognostications. He's on fairly regularly on Just Measures Radio as a guest.

I found a Kindle app for the iPhone. After reviewing the app I am wondering if there is a PDF form of the books. I am on the road constantly so looking to have another iPhone app give it back to me in Audible Format. Or just pay extra for the Audible version.

Glad you found the App. I haven't tried anything with audio. I was able to find a PDF reader for the Ipad. Most likely have one for Iphone as well.

I dont want to spoil anything, but has anyone noticed the very similiar incident about 80% into the second book, that just happened last month?

You may need to spoil it. I'm just staring the third book, and there's been too many real world parallels for me to isolate any one...

Incredible tales, these, imo

I finished the 3rd book the other day. Pretty impressive, especially considering each book took me days to read, rather than hours. I read, a lot, and these were some of the best stories I've read in quite a while.
