Had to get a bandage while traveling recently and thought the container was interesting.

It's a plastic clamshell thingy.

How many different things could you do with this item?

melt it down slowly, rolling it on the table, melt is some more and keep rolling it until it becomes a field expedient "spike" which can be used for a improvised spear tip, to a stabbing defensive weapon.

Set it in a window to provide a specific status.
Container for items that fit. (sewing, edc, documents, ammo etc)
A stiff plate/shield to protect something.
To burn for signaling.
Separate and tie to feet to allow sliding (Ski, Ice Skate to cover up tracks that would provide numbers)
Cut it into slivers use as a spacer.
Form into a piercing weapon.
Splint/Brace for injury.
Floating device if it is water tight.
Tweezers to pick up an object.
Heat detector touch see if it melts.
Reach to a higher point to push or catch on to something.
Throw for distraction.

Pot heads all over do it.

It's a great tool for a dead drop.

around here, it would mostly be used for litter. :(

I doubt that it would seal well enough to be waterproof once it was opened, so I'd probably use it as a little organizer in the glovebox of the truck for bandaids an maybe an emergency $50.

It would probably better than a Altoids tin as far as sealing up went. Maybe do a wrap with some 100mph tape to keep it from popping open.
