Ok so I have been putting together a comprehensive file with all my preparation needs and since I am learning a lot from this community I decided to share it with all of you. I hope this comes in handy for many.

nice.
One thing, on your food and veggie list, how about replacing the X in the have column with a number? You may have tomato seeds, but only one packet. where you may have 10 packets of Carrots. This would help you determin what you need more of... or what you may want to trade.

Good point, thanks. I think I will place qty in the header

Nice list. You have several catagories I hadn't considered. Gonna put this to use.

Just updated with the suggestions and made the have columns into QTY Columns

I would take out the non-food items (batts, detergent) and list those items separate.

Also...it might be easier to shorten the list if this is a food storage inventory for prepped items only. For example, you wouldn't need everyday items like milk but keep dry milk listed. I don't count anything thats a week or less items without power. My opinion of course.

just a few suggestions at first glance. . .
redo your maps
list rifles as semi-auto & bolt with caliber included
Print them out & put them in a binder & distribute amongst the group would probably be a good idea,

will dig in it deeper once I get free time
