Same to all you wiley critters here. Let's take time to remember why we're thankful and to remember also that this group and this group alone in my opinion is the one kick ass group if they ever come together post S.H.T.F.

Now I have to go and prep the stuffing mix ingredients ; make sure everything else is on stand by so I can be up early to get the bird in the oven while momma sleeps in. 44 years now cooking the bird and counting.
Sweet- thang has to concentrate on the pumpkin pies. :D

Already prepping to start cooking tonight. I have the fun of cooking all the meats- deer venison, turkey, and pork tender loin (which I cook on my Green Egg). I'm so thankful and blessed to have my 84 year old mom still with us and all my kids will be here except my older son who is in England for the holiday.

Hope you all had a Great Thanksgiving. Due to flooding where SIL lives, she had 7 inches of rain from storm drains in her basement end of September. so we moved the feast to our house. Haven't cooked thanksgiving feast in about 8-9 years now. I still remember how to cook the bird and stuffing,etc. Everyone had a good time , now it's on to Christmas, EEEK only 17 days away.
