On a scale of 1-5 at Amazon I gave it a 4. But only if you read the first book. Obviously there would be a lot of catching up otherwise. The book keeps the reader wanting to do just that. If this is the result of the author not planning on publishing a sequel, then he tied it all together well. And he still left a little room at the end to keep going if his audience were to convince him (apparently that's how he was motivated to write this one).

The only thing I felt a downside on was during some of the action sequences. Yes its a work of fiction, however, those of us who've read some of his previous material have grown to appreciate the level of realism in his work that shines through with his life experiences. All I mean to say is a few of the events throughout the book redefined exaggeration for me. Though not completely impossible.

I apologize for not finishing the book sooner, as of now I'm probably preaching to the choir lol.

PM if you would like more details.

I'm in the process of reading it now. I hope to be done this weekend, been busy.

EB that is a great series. You are lucky I was reading it in pieces and had to wait for him to write each book. I have them all and will go through the series again maybe this winter. Enjoy

I have the non DRM Kindle MOBI files, if someone has a Kindle.. but its not to be passed outside the group... consider it a checked out book at the library...

Cant find One Year After being seeded... not hit the underground yet...

The above is for entertainment, not educational. Nothing written was factual.

I finished the book last week. I guess I was a little disappointed when comparing it to the first one. Then again the first book had so many reviews and has been quoted by so many people. For those who are looking at reading it I recommend it. It takes off were they original book left off. It progresses okay and some of it is predictable but looking at it if the author is going to continue writing it will make a nice series.

If you compare it with 299 Days I think you will be happier with 299 Days.
