Getaway setup:
F350 Dually Diesel 4x4 All terrain Tires. Dual battery, 2800 watt sound system not that it matters :D:D, 3 plug power inverter. large truck box. 33 gallon tank, 5 gallon jug spare. Bed weight capacity of 4,777lbs!
30,000LB tow strap, chain, tarp, blanket, jack, spare fluids, funnel, rags, siphon pump, misc power and hand tools (im a carpenter so hammers, screwdrivers, sockets and wrenches, etc are always on hand) Air compressor and hoses with tire inflate attachment always in truck.
7x16 trailer if needed, completely new tires and brakes, well maintained with spare tire.
Vehicle gear loadout is in progress but will include: flashlight, glow sticks, food, more water, sleeping bag, spare clothes.
Me and my girl now have BOB.

You don't say where you are, so specifics are difficult. I for example am in central Canada, where it is currently -28C. Warm clothing and means to melt snow and ice are part of my kit, but would be unnecessary for a member in say, Florida.
