Peltor Powercom Plus comm system. Has anyone used them before?

Hi All,

I hope you are all having a nice spring. It finally stopped raining up here in Canada.

I am wondering if anyone here has any experience with these head sets. I have an opportunity to buy a used set and they ain't cheap. I figure that these would be really good at the firing range to communicate to my sons while teaching them.

Please fire away with any suggestions, advice, opinions etc.

I use the Com Tec II. they work great. The Powercoms look similar, the Com Tacs fit under a helmet it doesn't look like these will. I have a set which I have used and abused for over 10 years and they keep running. I do not have the comms portions they are about a $500 addition.
