Picked this little guy up, still need to get my cert, but at least I can be a fly on the wall.

What antenna for an apartment dweller/weekend camper?

Its a tri band.. are you running any two, one or all three bands? That will make a difference..

In our area, we have 220 repeaters but zero air time.

You can get a nice dual band VHF/UHF antenna off ebay for not too much money, and toss in a pigtail adapter to the SMA on your radio.

Tell us more, we may be able to narrow it down more.

I'm planning on 2m and/or 70cm as far as receiving goes.

Not for now, need to take my test at some point, just finally taking the plunge to start with getting familiar with things.

That's a good little radio. Look for a high gain dual band antenna 2m/70cm. Then if you want 220 look for something specific.
It should serve u well.
