Cool! How does wild taste, compared to what most of us get to eat??

Completely different. It is red meat, like deer or beef, not white like farm raised. Lots of flavor, but very little fat. It is my favorite.

Awesome. Sadly we eradicated all the boars around here. except the odd one that someone who knows someone who knows someone thinks they saw.
