Red pepper

Yesterday I ground up whole dried cayenne pepper. I Now have a medium sized jar of home grown red pepper flakes that will put a little heat in your mouth.

I've got a bunch of Cayenne's drying. They'll get ground up when they are ready.

I've also got almost 2 gallons of bright red jalaleno's I just picked. There is probably another gallon still to turn.

I have 7 trays worth of different hot peppers drying now. will crush them up for spices.
