I have access to a place that does custom embroidery work. If one wanted to take and make a SHTF Ant patch, it's to be thought that this:

would be the base from which it would be took.

Questions:

What size?

what background shape?

if I can get some answers timely enough, I will have enough made up to be handed off to the TN Ants, and go from there

The aspect ratio is almost 3:1. I'd ask the embroidery shop how small they can reproduce print. Starting point would be a 3x1 patch as displayed and work designs from there.

I assume you are thinking a shoulder patch. 3 to 3 1/2 inches in diameter would be my starting point, could be a diamond shape, or triangle, even shaped like a badge or shield.

Lol. Yeah... Sure did. its called totalling the vehicle the sticker was adhered to. I'm glad i didnt buy two, though, or I'd have already learned I needed 3... brought a toolbox home from work not too long ago and blew out the back window on my cap. Such is life, I suppose.

Stickers wouldn't be too hard to do if your printer can handle sticker sheets... either the original oblong or the square head only version

Works for me. If you can get a straight down pic on a flat white background, with a ruler on one side for measuring reference, I'll have estimates Wednesday afternoon.

I'm a patch collector so I would definitely be in. Like mitunnelrat said we did do small batches before. Izzy was the mastermind behind the last run.
I still have my shtf ant head hanging proudly. Another variation I would love to have.

I have the patches, "Ant Heads" what ant heads? Did I miss something? I know Izzy had this massive sticker across his back window as I recall. Maybe it was something else, if the stickers weren't "lead and metal" related you'd think it was a lib-tard mobile with the amount he slapped on there.
