As a regular troop, no use at all. Having it prepared and do it if your situation is seriously compromised for a spook or a non conventional combattant, this can be very useful. Of course, no one is asking to have it there all day long, unless you enjoy it of course.

As a non conventional soldier during my years in Africa, I would not have had a problem doing so if needed. If I could have done it before I was taken to a jail there. A little anal pain before going to jail, if it can help you avoid 2 full weeks of beating, I would not have hesitated for a second. Alas, I had none available. I got the beating.
