It seems that on Tuesday & Wednesday this past week we had some "minor" solar flares. I had noticed on Tuesday that my cell phone was acting up. I was getting really pissed as it is only about 6 weeks old and has not had any abuse. Apparently other folks around here in SoCal had some minor electronic glitches.

Any issues in other parts of this great nation?

Never saw any conformation, but read different reports that the outages in NYC, San Fran, and LA could have been the flares over loading cir uuts. Not sure why it would have just been those areas though. But it is strange they all happened very close together time wise.

Nothing out my way but it's raining off and on all week so don't know if that would block it or not Been up for 48 hours now can't sleep so I'm not thinking too straight.

The outage in San Francisco was just old equipment with was slated to be replaced. Nothing up here so see, move along....

People around here have been complaining about their smart phones and crap acting up... but I've been unaffected.

I had had issues this past week with reception, but that may be attributed to a shitty provider
