Many factors would have to be taken into consideration that could be debated for days...but of the two that opened, I would choose Augustan Farms because it included milk.

Well, with only two data points and a largish variability of availability, I suppose I shall do to buy them all, and in rotation.Clumsy, to be sure, but probly a variety that will be much needed.
