Izzy turned me onto CountyComm.com as a source of various prep related items.

First thing I spied were these industrial grade Altoids like tins. These things are great for all sorts of uses, not the least of which are mini survival kits.

Anyway, if you've been looking for a source for these, here ya go.

We had many requests for super strong food grade tins to be made. When Uncle Sam helped out with a large order we decided to make a few extra for our loyal CC customers. These hinged food grade steel, candy boxes are great to store spare parts, tools, edc & survival kits in. Some folks even use them to construct electronic projects in.

These handy boxes measure 3.70" x 2.32" x .82". Yes, these are brand new. These are 2x the wieght of similar size tins do to a much thicker structure.

I always liked the mini tin kits. I put some together for me and a few buddies. I found it better to pick the items you wanted to put in it.

I got an L1A1 spare parts tin, it's about the same size, although not food grade. I did blast it and spray it with Norells Moly Resin.
