Well it is Thanksgiving Day +1. So happy day after!

We had our kids over and had a great time. One of them will be leaving the area for about 4 yours, taking a great job offer from his wife's uncle.

We cooked our turkey using some of the spices and veggies from the home garden. Turkey soup is my wife's responsibility and we will freeze some of it. Anyone know a good way to home freeze dry soup?
