It is a 2009 CSR corvette with 35k miles. It is in great condition, only 52 of this model where made. It sure is a blast to drive.

Gotta say i saw the “new toy” comment made me think it made a bang bang sound from the front...I guess this one makes a simular sound, only from the rear. I love the color. So when you gonna start tearing out stuff to turn it into your BOV.

I agree with DG... I'd like to see that bad boy on tires like your old deuce!

Oh hell no, this is for fun. Only has 35k miles, so me and the wife will be taking lots of road trips. And if a few races happen along the way, even better.

The bad part is I can't even drive it to my house. Had to rent a storage shed to park it in.

5 miles of red dirt road full of large rocks, is not the ideal road for a vette.

Well hell Helo, just drive it over to my place. You can park (clearing throat at this point) it here. I'll take care of it for you, just have to figure out how to set the mileage back.

Sweet ride Helo. Enjoy that puppy

lol, I got a real secure spot for it. We are going to be doing some long drives in it fairly often.

Well, I guess I'm having flashbacks of "Fallin skies" what ever that series was called. Ol boy had the camaro as the escort vehicle in the convoy, guess you can have the vette. At least you have taste!

There is a big difference between can't and won't...

Put her on the dyno today, 451 hp at the rear tires, so somewhere about 540hp at the crank.

Impressive...but back in the day, I was able to get my moped to hit the upper 20’s mph while going downhill with a tailwind...just sayin...

What can I say, some are born to ride like the wind, others just sit back and watch.

Yep, and some sit on the side of the road in their shovette's waiting for AAA to come and pull them out of 1" of soft sand and to bring them another jug of gas to make it to the next gas station...

450 at the tires, 540 at the crank... seems to be losing a lot somewhere... maybe you should drain all that oil/grease between the two and lighten things up?

;)

It actually gets over 30mpg, I was figuring a 20% drivetrain loss, but it is probably more like 15%

LMAO, don't hate. Just because you don't have a fast car. Silly canuks.
