I met a man who has a indian made for the army.He invited me to his house to see it and was kind enough to let me take it for a spin.Its gas is on the left side and shifter was on the right side and was a hand shifter! I asked if he would set up a few targets and we would use my 45 and we had a blast! This winter im changing my rice-rocket to left hand gas and right hand clutch! I can shoot left handed but when i got to empty a few clips riding with my right hand i knew i have to do it! If you cant shift gears without using the clutch you might want to stay with 4 wheels!The only thing i dont like is i will lose some clips.But,Its a small price if im in a fire fight on the move! I think it will work with my sega-12 and will be sending 15 00 buck and 15 slugs with 1 clip! Any other ideas on a bug-out bike?

Our Bug out Bike would be a Harley and the DH would be driving and I would be doing the shooting! I like doing the shooting!

Is that a KLR? I assume a 650? Good lookin bike. I really like the hard shell bags. Are those custom or just an assecory.

LOL, Those are ammo can's I put on there. LOL :D

Yes, its a 650. I built the side racks and rear rack on it. The ammo cans are cheap and tough. Iv layed the bike down lots of times and never any damage to the bike it self.

Why do you guys think the worse? It does mean Dear Husband but I say Dear Hubby....my hubby is cute and snuggly so husband just doesn't seem like the right word.

One of my friends, his dad, & brother have KLR 650's. They will go anywhere and haul quite a load if needed. I like the ammo cans. If you don't mind could you post up some pics of the cans, rack, & mount. May be useful to some others doing their own build.

I love this! I hope you dont mind if i use this on my bike!? I play on starting on mine right after i buy the kids toys from santa wink,wink! Then santa's going to invest a bit in my engine LOL Great site i love this place!!

Pull a trailer? And with a bit of ingenuity you can make a quick release for the trailer incase you gotta dump it fast to save your own bacon.

I have a small HF trailer that I pull behing the goldwing for 2-up rides, its usually overkill but I live in a warm climate and enjoy riding in the hills so we pack clothing for any weather we might get into.

The GHB takes up too much space but it stays on the bike.
