Late to THIS party. But according to LadyHK, "we" had quite the party. Long time Navy friend who I raised from a pup showed up with his family and wellllllllll. Let's just say, "it was only about a cup, of this clear liquid made from corn, sugar and yeast." Plus a few Bud light Platinums? In bed by 0200 and up at 0700. Needless to say it took till about 1300 to recover. No headache, just stillllll steamin! Whew! Been a long time since I've been "independent steamin, local op area"......How many times I gotta tell ya? "It's for sippin!"
Oh, so that's where the term "drunken sailor" came from.

I just hope the liquid you described was purchased legally, with all of the tax stamps intact on the bottle. I sure would be disappointed in you if it turned out to be “illegal hooch” brewed by someone in your neighborhood who was breaking the law by distilling this foul liquid.

Ok...2020...we need to talk. You know what kind of relationship 2019 and I had.
When we first met, you said you would take care of me, cherish me, even to love me.
You promised to keep me far out of harms way, to keep me safe.
But you lied to me. You hurt my feelings, literally.
You couldn’t even wait one week, seven measly days, before you took me into your arms and crushed my dreams of a good year.
You fiendishly waited until the rain had soaked the porch, catching me off guard, and hurling me off the steps, only to leave me lying in a muddy lump of pain.
So 2020, in less than a week, you broke my foot and damaged the knee 2019 got. So, you have me down, but not out for another 3 months. Why should you care I haven’t been able to walk, jump, happily skip and frolic in the sun, or pleasure my wife for the last 9 months, with another 3 to go.
2020, you are just like 2019, Hitler, Pelosi, and Stalin. May you rot in the calendar you have chosen to hide in.

Good news is I don’t have to wear the damn boot anymore. Doc says it will still swell up every day, and go down while in bed at night for several months. Its an evulsion fracture, where a chip of bone connected to the tendons breaks loose. It will eventually reconnect itself in a few months. Doc said I chipped of a piece across all 4 of the little piggies. It’s a little sore, but I can get along just fine now. Just gotta keep loosening my shoe laces as it swells during the day. So...all in all, not really worth a ass whooping...plus your right, I just would lay there and giggle.

Still don't know what to say..........bone chip. Hmmm, yeah had that once in my ankle. Grew into a mass, two years, two surgeries later. Lost orders to dive school and Diego Garcia! Drunk driver...........
