Just wanted to wish everyone here a happy and safe Thanksgiving. Take time to remember the blessings of this great country and those who have given all to keep it.

May we continue to keep this great land and it's freedoms ; no matter the sacrifices needed. Now go forth and stuff thyself with food; drink ; loved ones and good times.

Baking pumkin pies and cheese cake right now....ooooh the smell! yummy... too bad we couldn't have a shtfready thanksgiving...could you imagine?

I too would like to echo everyone's sentiment. I hope everyone has a great Turkey day with family or friends as the case may be. There are some great folks on here and I am honored to be a small part of the group.

haha. While ya'll are in turkey induced comas I'm sitting here hoping I'll get out of work on time - and get that full feeling right before my normal bed time. ;)

At 6:29 Central I was just getting home from work. My priority was sleep. :D On a related note, I didn't get my Thanksgiving dinner before bed, nor even on Thanksgiving Day. I just finished it two hours ago, and I'm again suited up and on post.

With the way I just ate, its too bad I'm locked on station and can't rove around. That would have been better.

We mostly just call it Turkey Day.
